Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Roland has been practicing the method since 2002.

WHAT IS EFT?

Simply put, EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture except that no needles are used. Instead, we tap on certain meridians while we are tuned into the problem. The current theory is that “the cause of all negative emotion is a disturbance in the body’s energy system.”

The method can be used on yourself. It is easy to learn and takes little time to apply. It is fast and effective, and sometimes magical results are obtained.

How I integrate this method into my overall approach

I find EFT very effective and fast and often I have surprising results. I teach it to almost all my clients and I use it in almost all my sessions.

This method allowed me to discover, develop my intuition, trust it and follow it. This allowed me to move from “doing” the technique to “the art” of delivering it.

To my great surprise, I discovered by taking readings on the chakras before and after using EFT, that by working on the meridians, it acts on the chakras to open them.

Books on the method

Gary Craig has written several books on the different applications of the method that are very useful. Several of them (in English) are on the page MesLectures.

His basic manual introduces the aspects of EFT and how to use it on yourself and on another person.
